The Company, Perfect Mudra Private Limited, (Formerly Perfect Synergy Advisory Services Private Limited) (the Company) is registered with the Registrar of Companies in Delhi and its registered office is situated at New Delhi.

The Company is registered as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) under the provisions of Chapter III-B of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, and has been granted Certificate of Registration by the Reserve Bank of India on December 08, 2025. The Company is engaged in the business of Lending and Investment.

Shri T N Chaturvedi	Shri T N Chaturvedi is a Chartered Accountant. He has professional experience of over 38 years. His professional experience includes several spheres and across industries, corporate governance, Risk Management and Corporate Finance and restructuring. He has served as Independent Director on the Board of listed and unlisted entities in different industry segments. He has served as Director of State Bank of India (SBI), appointed by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India for a period of three years from 29.8.2013 to 28.8.2016 and also as Independent Director of Punjab National Bank (PNB) for a period of three years from 27.12.2008 to 26.12.2011.
Shri Sanjay Rajgarhia	Shri Sanjay Rajgarhia is a Commerce Graduate and an eminent Industrialist. He is serving as a Director on the Board of listed and unlisted entities in different industry segments. He has diverse experience in the field of strategic advisory role focused on corporate governance, business growth, and expansion initiatives.
Ms. Akansha Chaturvedi	Ms Akansha Chaturvedi is Management Graduate and holds MBA degree. She He has experience in the field of financial and business advisory and corporate governance.
